You will need to prepare the residence according to our prep sheet. Then we will service the premises 2x approximately 14 days apart. This service will be warrantied for 45 days. 

For most customers, any areas where you sleep or sit will be treated. So most rooms excluding bathroom and kitchen usually gets treated. And all outlets gets dusted in case they are in your walls.

Yes. For safety and health concerns, no persons or pets are allowed while we are servicing the residence. You may return 4-5 hours after service is completed.
